We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager – Home Loan to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling home loan products and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate loan products and solutions.
• Guide clients through the home loan process, including documentation and application formalities.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the organization.
• Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and regulatory changes in the home loan segment.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports to management.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in home loan sales or mortgage lending.
• Strong knowledge of home loan products, documentation, and related financial processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong sense of accountability.
• Proficiency in local language (Marathi) will be an added advantage.
