Job Summary: We are looking for a high-performing IT Sales Manager to lead our sales team. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales potential, crafting sales strategies, and driving business growth in IT products and services. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status. • Manage and guide the sales team to achieve individual and group targets. • Coordinate with pre-sales and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction. • Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to senior management. • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build brand presence. Requirements: • Proven experience in IT sales, preferably in a managerial role (1+ years). • Strong understanding of IT products, software solutions, and services. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to lead and motivate a high-performing sales team. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field; MBA is a plus. • Strong analytical and organizational skills. Preferred Skills: • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce). • Experience selling to enterprise-level clients. • Technical knowledge in cloud solutions, or enterprise software.
