  • Responsible for the business development with the main target to understand the customer needs and requirements in proposing solutions that add value to their business.
  • Be the main contact person and will represent the main customer needs in our organization.
  • Directly responsible as a single contact window for international Customer.
  • Defines and executes Customer Strategies to achieve sales target and help customer to grow in the local market.
  • Monitor and improve sales development of the existing product range.
  • Proactively identifies new business opportunities and services based on market research and talks with customer. Present and introduce new product solutions and services to customers.
  • Organize regular review meetings/calls with customer for aligning and updating on customers priorities with offering continuous improvements and innovative solutions.
  • Customer on-site visit (if necessary) to get deep understanding of customer pain points and develop solution. Maintain trustful and pleasant customer relationships.
  • Controls monthly sales and profitability figures and create a forecast for the following months. Analyze deviation reason and plans immediate actions to catch up the plan.
  • Conduct regular sales reporting and analysis to monitor healthy sales development.
  • Participation in various relevant product fairs with product managers or/and customers to spot new product opportunities, if necessary.
  • Participation in relevant supplier -and factory visits to develop new products in coordination with the customers, if necessary.
  • Coordinate the development of new products with internal departments (product, purchasing, quality, finance).
  • Maintain and support 6-S principals and initiatives.
  • Other work assigned by superior and company. Requirements/ Employment Conditions
  • Bachelor's degree or above, major in Engineering or related fields is preferred.
  • At least 5-year related working experience.
  • Good verbal and written English communication skills. Other Languages as German, French, Spanish etc. would be a plus.
  • Strong communication skills for building collaborative and trusting relationships with key influencers and stakeholders within the sales organization.
  • Hands-on mentality.
  • High Customer and Market Orientation and drive cross departmental cooperation.
  • Willingness to travel and visit suppliers and customer (National / International).
  • Strong ownership and solution-oriented way of working for problem solving.
  • An entrepreneurial way of thinking and acting.
  • Experience and skills in relation to purchasing, product development and sales is preferred.
  • Good at finding and communicating solutions to product, technical and business challenges.
  • Knowledge of SAP is an advantage, but not a requirement.
  • Experience in foreign trade sales is preferred.
  • Good mental and physical health condition.
