What You'll Be Doing: * Identifying and securing new business opportunities in final mile delivery * Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, shippers, and partners * Collaborating with operations to deliver tailored logistics solutions * Managing your sales pipeline through CRM and providing accurate forecasts * Staying on top of industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities * Attending networking events and customer visits as needed * Supporting local campaigns and promotions to drive brand awareness and sales What You Bring: * Sales experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain preferred * Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills * CRM proficiency and an understanding of the full sales cycle * Ability to identify customer pain points and offer solutions * High energy, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset * Great organization, follow-up, and time management skills Requirements: * High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred) * Previous logistics sales experience preferred * Valid driver's license * Ability to travel within your region for client meetings and prospecting * Comfortable working on a computer for extended periods * Able to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally Competitive salary and benefit package
