Sales Manager – Credit Card Acquisition Team

Location: Austin Internal Airport

Base Salary + Commission | Leadership Role | High-Energy Sales Environment

We're seeking a results-oriented, hands-onSales Managerto lead and support our team of Credit Card Sales Representatives insideAustin-Bergstrom International Airport— one of the highest foot-traffic environments in the country.

In this role, you’ll be responsible fordriving team performance,developing talent, anddelivering results— all while representing a premier financial brand. This is an opportunity tocombine leadership with direct sales, and earn acompetitive base salary plus performance-based commission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of credit card sales representatives stationed at branded kiosks inside the airport (post-security)
  • Motivate and coach team members to meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
  • Actively participate in sales alongside your team, modeling best practices and closing deals
  • Monitor daily performance metrics, provide real-time feedback, and conduct regular 1:1 coaching sessions
  • Onboard, and train new hires to ensure sales excellence and brand alignment
  • Ensure compliance with airport security, brand standards, and customer service expectations
  • Act as the primary liaison between airport operations, client representatives, and internal leadership

Who You Are:

  • A natural leader with a proven track record inmanaging high-performing sales teams
  • Experienced indirect or face-to-face sales, ideally in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
  • A strong communicator who thrives in coaching, motivating, and developing others
  • Highly organized, goal-driven, and able to balance leadership with hands-on selling
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with changing foot traffic and customer flow

Position Details:

  • Location:Inside Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (must pass TSA background check)
  • Schedule:Full-time, flexible availability preferred (including weekends and holidays)
  • Compensation:Competitive base salaryplus commissionbased on team and individual performance
