Smart Chic Labs is looking for friendly, ambitious, results-oriented B2B-focused salespeople who know how to build healthy relationships with people. The thrill of the hunt drives you to succeed. You are a lifelong learner and is willing to follow and use the strategic marketing and sales systems Smart Chic Labs has adopted in order to build great long-term relationships with our ideal and best clients.

This role is hyper-focused on relationship building with businesses and organizations who are looking for personal and professional development training for their teams in order to accomplish their goals and achieve extraordinary outcomes.

This role can be part-time or full-time. Don’t live in the Austin area? Not a problem. We support and encourage remote applicants.All you need is a consistent internet connection, a PayPal account, and the tenacious desire to help CEOs and their teams take intense ownership of their lives by selling our products and services to businesses and organizations.

This role is paid on a commission only. You will be paid 20% of the cost of the products and services offered by Smart Chic Labs on their Intense Ownership University website. There is an unlimited earning potential, with a path to earning $100,000, $250,000, $500,000 and $1,000,000 available. We offer access to private health insurance, free professional development training, cash and non-cash bonuses and incentives like a $1200 gift certificate on the airline of your choice, a designer (Chanel, Gucci, Prada, Louis Vuitton) bag or accessories, and the chance to earn a new car for our top performers. Depending on the salesperson’s performance and culture fit, we are open to having a conversation about providing a more robust set of employment benefits including employer-subsidized healthcare after 90 days of proven results.

• Effectively sell digital products and services for businesses who offer solutions to startups, mid-size businesses and/or enterprise businesses.
• Worked on marketing and/or sales team that worked on securing high-value contracts.
• Building successful marketing and/or sales teams from scratch.
• Creating successful marketing YouTube videos
