The Opportunity

We're seeking an ambitious, self-motivated Sales Manager to spearhead our Houston market entry. This is a ground-floor opportunity to build and grow our American presence from the initial sales phase through showroom establishment.


Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire our first clients in the Houston market

Recruit and manage a network of sales agents, primarily from real estate backgrounds

Conduct site visits for measurements and consultations

Coordinate product imports from our European manufacturing facilities

Manage warehouse operations and inventory (typically 5-6 crates)

Supervise installation teams and ensure quality control


Qualifications

Sales experience preferred, but we value drive and personality over specific industry experience

Self-starter with exceptional initiative and persistence

Strong communication and presentation skills

Basic understanding of construction/home improvement beneficial

Reliable transportation for site visits

Professional demeanor for high-end client interactions


Target Market

Upscale homeowners (both renovation and new construction)

Design-conscious consumers who value European craftsmanship

Energy efficiency and sustainability-focused clients

Premium/luxury home segment


Compensation

$3,500 monthly base compensation

Commission structure:

5% commission on direct sales (typically $2,000-$10,000 per project)

$500 flat commission on sales generated through your recruited agents


Initial independent contractor status for first 10 sales, transitioning to full-time employment

Work-from-home flexibility during startup phase


Project Scope

Average project: 30 windows/doors (approximately $60,000)

8-9 week delivery timeframe from Europe
