Position Overview:

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and securing new client partnerships, promoting our IT staffing solutions, and driving overall revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development within the IT staffing or recruitment industry, strong knowledge of the local market, and exceptional relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to generate new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers.
• Present and promote Spurcroft Inc.’s IT staffing services to potential clients.
• Collaborate with internal recruiting teams to meet client hiring needs effectively.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure client satisfaction through excellent service delivery.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of business development experience within the IT staffing/recruitment industry.
• Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and hiring challenges.
• Proven ability to generate leads, manage client relationships, and close sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Must be located in or willing to relocate to Houston, Texas.
