Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Dhanori, Pune. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and cultivating prospects, managing sales activities, and building lasting relationships with clients. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, engaging with potential home buyers, showcasing properties, negotiating deals, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Executive will also stay updated on real estate trends and provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process. Freshers are also welcome.


Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Ability to conduct market research and stay updated on real estate trends
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a high level of initiative
  • Familiarity with the local real estate market in Pune
  • Experience in the real estate industry is preferred
