Key Responsibilities



Sales Responsibilities:


1. Identify and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and digital channels.

2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

3. Present, promote, and sell IT solutions, software, and services to businesses.

4. Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.

5. Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts for IT solutions, including *web design and eCommerce development.

6. Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.





Marketing Knowledge (Supporting Sales):


1. Understanding of digital marketing strategies to identify potential leads.

2. Basic knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, and email outreach to enhance sales efforts.

3. Awareness of branding and promotional techniques to support sales conversions.

4. Ability to collaborate with marketing teams for lead generation and sales growth.





Industry-Specific Knowledge:


1. Understanding of web designing trends, tools, and technologies.

2. Knowledge of eCommerce development platforms and solutions.

3. Ability to analyze client needs and suggest customized web and eCommerce solutions.

4. Experience in pricing and quoting web development and eCommerce projects.





Requirements:


1. Proven experience in IT sales, preferably in software, cloud solutions, web designing, or eCommerce development.

2. Strong understanding of IT products, services, and market trends.

3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

5. Proficiency in CRM tools, HRMS and Sales CRM.
