Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales engineer to join the Flowtech team in KSA. This role involves building strong client relationships, understanding customer needs, and driving sales of our HVAC products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the HVAC industry and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within an assigned territory or market segment.
  • Promote and sell Flowtech products to contractors, distributors, and end-users.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct regular client visits to understand needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of Flowtech’s product line and competitive advantages.
  • Conduct product presentations and technical demonstrations for prospective customers.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the customer base.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions in the system.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in the HVAC industry or a similar technical field.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Skills:
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and explain technical products to a non-technical audience.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Other Requirements:
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
  • Valid driver’s license.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with air distribution and HVAC components.
  • Familiarity with FLOWTECH's product categories or similar product lines.
  • Certifications or training in HVAC systems.
