What You’ll Do:
- Build Relationships: Connect with potential residents and families, referral sources, and the local community to promote our services and maintain high occupancy levels.
- Create Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement a targeted strategy that drives results, helping more families choose Agemark.
- Manage Leads: Track and follow up on all inquiries using our lead tracking system, ensuring no opportunity is missed.
- Conduct Tours and Visits: Guide families through our community, answering questions and showcasing our high-quality care and vibrant lifestyle.
- Flexible Hours: Work some evenings or weekends as needed to accommodate family schedules, ensuring a smooth and personalized experience.
- Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with the leadership team to keep the community’s reputation as a top provider within a 10-20 mile radius.
- Oversee Move-ins and Move-outs: Ensure new residents feel welcomed and supported from day one, helping them transition smoothly into our community.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in senior living, healthcare, or geriatrics preferred, but passion for helping families is essential.
- Sales and marketing experience, with a focus on relationship-building and follow-through.
- Proficiency in Sales CRM systems and MS Office.
- A high level of communication and empathy, especially with families facing tough decisions.
- An associate degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
