Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Sales Director at Energy Masters HERS Testing. The Sales Director will be responsible for day-to-day sales operations, customer service, team management, and business development. This role is located in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area with flexibility for some remote work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential business opportunities, markets, and partnerships.
• Create and implement effective strategies to attract new business clients and partners.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing business clients and partners.
• Conduct outreach through calls, emails, meetings, and presentations to pitch services and solutions to potential clients.
• Handle contract negotiations to secure favorable terms and close deals with new business clients.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform business development strategies.
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align efforts and ensure a cohesive approach to business development.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the business and build a strong professional network.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client needs and maintaining strong ongoing relationships

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• Experience in the energy efficiency or construction industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
