Role Overview

 

We are seeking two dynamic and results-driven Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join our sales team. As an SDR at FlyersSoft, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads for our services. You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective clients, showcasing FlyersSoft’s capabilities with professionalism and impact.

 

Key Responsibilities


• Identify and qualify potential leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other digital channels.

• Engage with C-level executives, decision-makers, and influencers to understand business needs.

• Schedule meetings and demos for the senior sales team.

• Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate prospect information.

• Work closely with the marketing team to align lead generation efforts with campaigns.

• Consistently meet or exceed weekly/monthly KPIs and targets.

• Participate in weekly pipeline review meetings and share feedback with leadership.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications


• Proven experience as an SDR or in a similar sales/lead generation role in the IT services or SaaS industry.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Strong interpersonal skills, confidence, and a positive attitude.

• Experience using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or similar.

• High level of initiative, self-motivation, and drive to achieve targets.

• Understanding of consultative selling and a solution-oriented approach.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
