The Opportunity
We’re seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead ECC Hive’s expansion in the Philippines. Based in Manila, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving student recruitment, forging institutional partnerships, and growing our market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a nationwide strategy to grow international student recruitment.
- Establish ECC Hive as the reliable recruitment brand in the Philippines.
- Build and manage partnerships with schools, agents, and educational institutions.
- Achieve monthly enrollment targets through direct student recruitment and B2B partnerships.
- Implement conversion optimization strategies across the admissions funnel.
- Represent ECC Hive at fairs, workshops, and conferences.
- Oversee agent contracts, ensuring compliance and training.
- Collaborate with global teams to optimize marketing and recruitment strategies.
- Track and report recruitment data, ensuring seamless admissions processing.
- Maintain 100% CRM (Salesforce) accuracy for all leads and applications
- Submit weekly performance reports to regional leadership
Requirements
- 5+ years in international student recruitment (secondary/post-secondary).
- Proven track record in sales, business development, and partnership management.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- A bachelor’s degree in any field (Business, Marketing, or Education preferred).
- Self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
Preferred Skills:
- Certification in digital lead generation (Google Ads/SEMrush)
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) is a plus.
- Fluency in Tagalog + English (Spanish/Arabic a plus)

Work Schedule
- Monday – Friday: 9 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
