Key Responsibilities


  • Forge new business opportunities through partnerships, collaborations, and creative ways to bring our product to a wider audience
  • Identify, establish, and nurture relationships with key distribution partners
  • Drive sales and revenue through building long-term relationships with customers
  • Conduct periodic customer visits to drive business growth
  • Stay on top of market trends and competitor strategies; penetrate new markets and untapped accounts
  • Work closely with the marketing, e-commerce and product teams to align distribution strategies with product launches and campaigns


Job Qualifications


  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • At least 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or distribution channel management
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with good verbal and written language
  • Solid understanding of sales processes, distribution models, and key metrics for measuring success
  • Experience in FMCG, pet food industry & specialized channel has added value
