We are looking for an experienced and driven Business Development Sales Executive to join our team.
This role is responsible for leading business development efforts with assigned Customer Business Unit (CBU) accounts and leveraging their expertise as a Solution Architect.
Key responsibilities include maintaining client satisfaction, identifying growth opportunities, and fostering business expansion through strategic initiatives.
As the role progresses, the focus will shift toward acquiring new business from external accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop strategic account plans to meet sales targets and business goals.
Drive sales growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities leveraging global contracts.
Provide technical guidance and support to clients using solution architecture expertise.
Collaborate with internal teams (technical/product) to ensure client needs are met.
Track and report account performance and progress.
Design and implement technology solutions as a Solution Architect.
Manage IT sales, including implementation and enterprise solutions for SOW, MSA, and business process management.
Oversee financial management and contract negotiations of assigned CBUs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with CBU accounts.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
10+ years of experience in IT sales, account management, or business development.
Proven success in high-performance sales within the IT sector.
Strong technical skills and ability to communicate complex concepts to clients.
Hands-on experience as a Solution Architect with deep knowledge of IT services.
Proficient in IT products and services: software, hardware, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity.
Certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, or CSP are a plus.
