1. Key Responsibilities
A. Market Mapping & Lead Generation
Territory Planning: Define and segment a 20–25 km radius into logical zones.
Construction Site Scouting: Visit 10+ active sites per day; record GPS‐tagged photos and site details.
Database Development: Build and maintain a digital lead database (CRM/G-Sheet) with:
Builder/Contractor profiles
Project type (residential, commercial, infrastructure)
Daily concrete requirements (m³)
Current supplier, pricing, and delivery cadence
Competitive Analysis: Capture competitor pricing, value-adds, and service gaps to inform our differentiators.
B. Pipeline & Opportunity Management
Lead Qualification: Classify leads as Cold, Warm or Hot based on budget, timeline, and decision-maker engagement.
CRM Utilization: Log all interactions (calls, WhatsApp messages, site visits) in our chosen CRM.
Follow-Up Cadence: Implement a 3-touch protocol:
1. Immediate quote & digital brochure via WhatsApp
2. Site visit and concrete grade demo (video/photo)
3. Owner/MD escalation for final negotiation
Daily Stand-up & Evening Review:
Morning: Area assignment & KPI briefing
Evening: Submit field report—sites covered, leads generated, follow-ups scheduled
C. Sales Conversion & Account Management
Quotation & Negotiation: Prepare competitive, margin-protective quotes; negotiate with procurement heads.
Order Closure: Coordinate with Managing Partner on high-value deals; independently close standard orders.
Key Account Development: Maintain regular touchpoints with clients; identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities (e.g., higher-grade mixes).
Collections Support: Track payment schedules; liaise with clients to ensure timely receipts.
D. Operations Coordination
Production Liaison: Communicate confirmed orders, delivery schedules, and any site-specific requirements to batching plant.
Logistics Scheduling: Coordinate with dispatch teams and transporters for on-time delivery.
Quality Assurance: Initiate post-pour feedback calls; flag any quality concerns for corrective action.
Inventory & Procurement Assistance (as required): Monitor critical consumables (admixtures, cement, aggregates) and alert plant manager for stock replenishment.
E. Reporting & Continuous Improvement
KPI Dashboards: Update weekly dashboards—leads captured, conversion rates, revenue, margin, commissions.
Process Optimization: Suggest improvements in lead workflow, customer engagement scripts, and digital tools.
2. Skills & Competencies
• Technical & Analytical
Proficiency in Google Maps, GPS-enabled photo apps, and basic GIS concepts
Comfortable with Google Sheets and CRM software
Ability to analyze pricing data and calculate margin/commission in real time

Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills; able to engage procurement teams and site engineers
Solid understanding of B2B sales cycle and decision-maker hierarchies in construction
Competence in preparing and presenting commercial proposals

Fluent in Kannada; working knowledge of English and Hindi
Excellent written communication for WhatsApp Business templates and email follow-ups
Team-player mindset; works seamlessly with operations, logistics, and finance teams

3. Qualifications & Experience
• Education: BBA, B.Com, or equivalent diploma; final-year students may also apply
• Experience: Freshers with relevant internships in sales or construction materials preferred
• Logistics: Own two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred (travel allowance provided)
