LEXXA Business Solutions, company that manages sales for automotive / industrial batteries and automotive products needs to incorporate a INDUSTRIAL BATTERIES SALES AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE for ROMANIA, BULGARIA, HUNGARY, POLAND and UKRAINE markets.
We are looking for a candidate with passion for Sales and Market Development. The selected individual will be responsible for overseeing the operational account of the company, focusing on the sales, marketing and distribution of industrial batteries and energy storage products in collaboration with various distribution and manufacturing groups. This position entails managing sales, marketing, logistics and operations, with a significant degree of autonomy. The successful candidate will be tasked with optimizing the performance of the new business unit.
Key Responsibilities:

🚗 Clearly communicate the technical advantages of our industrial batteries to showcase our competitive edge.
🚗 Identify new business opportunities within designated area and take actionable steps to develop them.
🚗 Deliver sales forecasts while creating and executing effective marketing and promotional strategies.
🚗 Negotiate agreements with key accounts and enhance our sales network for optimal performance.
🚗 Lead initiatives for sales growth, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
🚗 Assess and adapt our portfolio to meet customer needs while managing supplier negotiations.
🚗 Ensure quality processes are followed to exceed customer expectations.
Qualifications:
🔹 2-5 years proven experience in Sales or Market Development, particularly within the B2B sector.
🔹 Strong commercial insight, ambition, and the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
🔹 Experience in developing customer-centric solutions with a focus on deliverability.
🔹 Technical proficiency with the ability to explain concepts effectively to various stakeholders.
🔹 Familiar with international trade processes, INCOTERMS, including customs clearance, letters of credit (L/C) and payment terms.
🔹 Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
🔹 Professional demeanour with the ability to engage and collaborate with team members effectively.
🔹 Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with basic data analysis skills.
🔹 Background in automotive spare parts (batteries, lubricants, tires etc) sector could be an advantage.
🔹 Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional European languages is a significant plus.
