Process Automation Engineer, will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining process automation solutions to improve efficiency, reduce, manual intervention, and enhance overall business processes. Working closely with cross-functional teams to analyse existing business processes, identify avenues of automation and implement scalable automation solutions.

Responsibilities:

Process Analysis –

• Collaborate with business analyst / process / project owners to understand existing business processes.

• Conduct thorough analysis to identify areas for process improvement and automation avenues.

Solution Desing & Development –

• Design end-to-end automation solutions, including business process workflow design, data integration, and system interfaces.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and specifications for automation projects.

• Develop automated workflow using industry-standard tools and platforms (Automation Anywhere, UI Path, etc.)

• Configure and customize automation tools to meet specific business requirements.

• Integrate the solutions to existing systems and databases.

• Conduct thorough testing of automation workflows created to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance.

Implementation and Deployment Support –

• Coordinate with IT and operations teams to deploy automation solutions into production environments.

• Monitor and optimize automated processes to ensure continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 3-5 years proven experience in process automation, workflow design, and system integration.

• Strong programming skills (e.g., Python, Java) and proficiency in automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere).

• Knowledge of databases, APIs, and web services.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
