Summary

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain automated workflows using RPA tools.
  • Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for automation.
  • Work closely with business teams to understand requirements and deliver automation solutions.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for automated processes.
  • Document automation processes and create detailed reports for stakeholders.
  • Continuously learn and stay updated on RPA tools and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong interest in automation and process improvement.
  • Basic understanding of programming concepts (e.g., Java, C#, Python, etc.).
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and tools.

Preferred Skills (but Not Required)

  • Basic knowledge of databases and SQL.
  • Understanding of software development methodologies.
  • Experience with process mapping or flowcharting.
