Littelfuse is seeking highly motivated professionals to join our Engineering Rotational.

The RISE Rotational Engineer Program is designed to develop the next generation of industry leaders through three 6-month rotations with engineering-focused assignments. The rotations are intended to provide valuable diverse experience and maximize the participant’s learning though hands- on experience, formal training, coaching/mentoring to grow across several functions before settling into best-fitting role for both the individual and the organization. It offers a full-time permanent position with strategic assignments, providing the skills and experience necessary to build a solid career foundation at Littelfuse.

About The Program

  • 18-month program that includes three 6-month rotations
  • Permanent, full-time position and a placement after the development program ends
  • Annual program starts April - July; applications are accepted until June
  • Rotations include:: new product development, operations, materials, testing and validation, process development, failure analysis, automation, field application, technical marketing, etc.



About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Material, Process, Reliability or related majors
  • 2-3 years of professional working experience
  • Available to work in a full-time role on-site
  • knowledge in new product development is required
  • Great communication skills and fluent in English (written and verbal)
  • Flexible and willing to work in cross-functional, cross-disciplinary roles within the company
  • Motivated to join an international and fast-paced environment
  • Team player with strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
  • Proactive self-developer, eager to make a change
  • Passionate about technology and looking to fast track their career in engineering
  • Willing to relocate for short-term rotational assignments/travel (as needed)
