Summary

GENERAL DESCRIPTION Responsible for implementing, maintaining and controlling all robotics, automation and control equipment. Supports daily operation and ensures that all processes and procedures are correct before each production start. Must promote an excellent relationship with other departments. EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION Engineering (Mechatronics or Electromechanical) Bilingual (80% English) verbal and written 5 years in similar position (Control Engineer, Automation, etc.) KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND CERTIFICATION Experience in FANUC robots Programming in PLC (RSLogix 500, 5000, Studio5000, S7 and TIA Portal). Ignition v8 (vision & perspective) Application development (SCADA) Reading electrical and pneumatic diagrams Programming languages (Jython, Script, MSSQL) Knowledge of SAP (plus) Knowledge of PowerBi (plus) MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Maintain production systems and keep them updated according to the change of model year and changes and/or needs of Engineering and Production Implement and maintain robots according to product parameters Integrate and implement test machines Implementation of technological Pokayokes Continuous improvement Participate in compliance with the QMS (Quality Management System) determined for their function in relation to ISO9001:2015. Comply with the safety rules determined according to their function. Comply on time with the planned training related to Quality and Training. Identify and report any quality and compliance issues and support corrective actions.
