At Alta One, we deliver top-tier tech talent to empower our clients' success across industries. We’re currently looking for a highly experienced Web Developer with deep Drupal expertise to join our team. This is a 100% remote role, open exclusively to candidates located in Mexico.

We’re seeking a proactive, self-sufficient developer who thrives in an independent work environment and has at least 5 years of hands-on experience working with Drupal (version 9 or later). This role requires someone who can take ownership of complex tasks and deliver high-quality results with minimal supervision.

• Lead full-stack development efforts using Drupal, PHP, MySQL, ReactJS, NodeJS, and Linux-based tools.
• Maintain and enhance our commerce platform and internal web applications.
• Improve and automate deployment pipelines (CI/CD) and contribute to DevOps practices.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (development, operations, security) to ensure performance and reliability.
• Proactively identify and resolve technical issues, suggesting improvements where possible.

• Minimum 5 years of direct, hands-on experience with Drupal (v9 or later) – this is essential.
• Strong expertise in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript (ReactJS/NodeJS), and LAMP stack environments.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and deliver without micromanagement.
• Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Familiarity with agile development practices.
• Experience with Shopify is a plus.
