Role Overview

We are seeking a Risk Operations Analyst to join our Gurgaon office. This role is critical to the smooth and secure functioning of our trading operations. You'll be responsible for real-time trade monitoring, issue resolution, and the continual improvement of risk and operational workflows. The ideal candidate is analytical, tech-savvy, and thrives in a high-speed, high-stakes environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor trades in real time to detect anomalies, operational risks, or compliance breaches.
• Investigate and resolve trading issues quickly to minimize impact and maintain operational continuity.
• Collaborate with traders, developers, and risk managers to enhance systems and workflows.
• Ensure adherence to both regulatory requirements and internal risk protocols.
• Develop and improve automation tools using Python and SQL to support risk analysis and monitoring.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• A bachelor's degree in a technical or quantitative field such as Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Finance.
• Typically, 4+ years of experience in risk operations, trading operations, or compliance — but we value skill and impact over just tenure.
• Strong programming ability in Python and SQL, with experience in automation and data analysis.
• Understanding of financial markets and trading strategies is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail under time-sensitive conditions.
