Role Description

This is a Hybrid role, office located in New Delhi for a Reservations Manager. The Reservations Manager will oversee the entire reservations process, manage guest communications, coordinate with the sales team, and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Streamline the check-in process
• Knows how to operate OTA platforms
• Excellent Communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Experience in Training staff
• Prior experience in the vacation rental industry is a plus
