Job Title: International Tax Manager

Salary: $150K - $175K (DOE)

Requirements: Active CPA

We are a highly collaborative mid-sized regional CPA firm with decades of experience across tax, audit, digital assets, and CAS. We have multiple offices servicing the greater San Francisco Bay Area, however, our team is fully remote!

***Although this role is remote, because this role is intended for a Partner track, candidates are required to either reside in, or be open to relocating, to the Bay Area.

Due to growth and demand for our services, we are in need of a talented International Tax Manager to join our team!

What you will be doing:

• Lead international tax compliance and reporting, including U.S. outbound/inbound filings and foreign disclosures.

• Advise on cross-border structuring, repatriation strategies, and global tax minimization in line with evolving U.S. and international tax laws.

• Collaborate with global teams and external advisors to manage tax risk, ensure transfer pricing compliance, and support international provisions under ASC 740.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or related

• Active CPA

• 5+ years of professional tax experience

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• A willingness to mentor less experienced staff

• Strong communication skills

• 3+ years of tax management (nice to have)

• 3+ years of international tax experience (nice to have)
