We specialize in recruiting talented professionals from emerging economies, providing employers with highly skilled remote talent at 3-6x more affordable rates than domestic hiring. To date, we've successfully placed talent from Pakistan, India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, Egypt, Nigeria, Argentina, Brazil, Mexico, Chile, Colombia, and Peru. Our rigorous multi-stage hiring process includes thorough application reviews, screenings, interviews, and practical assessments to help employers de-risk their hiring decisions while enriching applicant profiles.

Our work extends beyond traditional recruitment – we're actively contributing to global female economic empowerment and addressing systemic inequalities. As part of a larger Canadian business studio specializing in internet economy businesses, we bring together expertise from international development, indigenous education, technology startups, and entrepreneurial ventures.

About the Role

We're looking for a remote Recruiting Program Manager to drive excellence in our recruiting operations through a unique combination of quality assurance and operational optimization. This role sits at the heart of our production team, ensuring quality deliverables while continuously improving our processes to scale effectively.

In this role, you'll oversee production quality control while simultaneously managing and improving our recruiting operations (RecOps). You'll maintain our standards across the full recruitment lifecycle, implement systems to track performance metrics, and develop strategies to increase efficiency without sacrificing quality.

This position requires someone who balances attention to detail with strategic thinking and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves when needed. You'll become the expert on our processes, owning both quality standards and deadline achievement, even if that occasionally means completing tasks yourself or working extended hours to ensure nothing is left unfinished. As a true lead, you'll focus on both team development and operational excellence, demonstrating a commitment to getting the job done right.

Our IDEAL CANDIDATE brings 3-6+ years of experience in recruiting operations, talent acquisition, or program management. You're exceptionally tech-savvy with hands-on experience implementing ATS systems and automation tools, while bringing a passion for leveraging AI to optimize workflows. You have a proven track record developing recruitment SOPs with meticulous attention to detail balanced with exceptional speed. Your analytical mindset drives data-based decisions, while your excellent communication enables tactful yet direct feedback. You excel at motivating teams, demonstrate strong recruiter judgment to unblock teammates, and possess outstanding time management skills. Most importantly, you take complete ownership of production quality and efficiency, finding solutions that drive results while maintaining high standards.

Your performance will be measured through recruiter happiness, system efficiency improvements, quality of team outputs, operational streamlining, increased recruiting campaign capacity, inbox zero, and consistent deadline achievement.

You'll work closely with Technical Recruiters, Account Managers, an Operations & Communications Associate, members of the Finance and Growth teams, as well as the Co-Founders. This position co-reports to the Operations Manager and Co-Founder.

You’ll be doing things like:

  • Strategic Resource Optimization: monitor team capacity; track project metrics; forecast campaign needs; resolve operational bottlenecks; establish KPI dashboards; analyze performance data; identify improvement areas; secure resources for scaling operations

  • Quality Control & Process Excellence: review recruiter deliverables before client delivery; provide targeted performance feedback; audit recruiting lifecycle stages; enforce verification standards; implement AI recruiting tools; analyze campaign metrics; document best practices; identify automation opportunities
  • Data & Systems Management: maintain applicant data integrity; build status tracking systems; manage candidate blacklists; standardize information collection; implement ATS/CRM systems; optimize tool costs; create efficient candidate tracking; deploy AI-powered solutions
  • Communication Management: achieve daily inbox zero; supervise Ops & Comms associate; enhance messaging systems; maintain candidate relationships; refine communication scripts; ensure consistent tone; handle sensitive conversations professionally
  • Team Development & Leadership: design onboarding programs; create growth pathways; provide mentorship; advocate for recruiter needs; address performance issues proactively; intervene on quality concerns; deliver tools training; establish knowledge sharing practices
