Job Description

  • Create, execute and analyse multi-channel campaigns based on a detailed brief from the demand generation marketing team
  • Execute the CRM & multi-channel strategy across the vertical with the Oracle Eloqua and/or Hubspot Marketing Automation Platform
  • Provide support and delivery for account based marketing (ABM) campaigns where required including:
    • 1:1 and 1:few personalized campaigns with effort/spend/tactics aligned directly with sales and client services objectives
    • Regional/customer-driven campaigns focusing on usage, onboarding, and loyalty 
  • Target customers effectively and creatively by using demographic, personal and behavioural data 
  • Use analytics tools & processes to review, adapt, test and evolve email, social channels and database performance vs KPIs to drive a higher conversion rate
  • Review progress and report against key channel metrics and targets daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc, as required

Qualification

  • Previous experience working in CRM & multi-channel campaign planning and execution, at an agency or for a client
  • Experience working with a Marketing Automation Platform such as Eloqua or Hubspot (preferred)
  • Experience of B2B marketing (although B2C experience will be considered) 
  • A team player with strong project management skills and attention to details to ensure high
  • quality across all marketing campaigns
  • Experience of database marketing and an understanding of all aspects of the marketing mix
  • Holistic understanding of marketing and the sales cycle within B2B sales 
  • Highly organised, methodical and process-driven, demonstrating a drive to improve internal processes whenever possible 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment 
  • Technically capable, excellent communicator and a desire to improve processes 
  • Results-driven – ensure that marketing campaigns fulfil strategic goals and drive the required business results 
  • Regular analysis, review and reporting on campaign performance against budgeted spend and targets, across all channels.
