Responsibilities

Kforce's client is looking for a fully remote and part-time Business Development Operations Specialist in Kentfield, CA. Summary: The BD Operations Specialist will optimize our business development processes, support senior team members, and help drive growth through operational excellence. This position reports to the Managing Director and dotted line to other Executive Team members. Responsibilities:

• Manage calendars for senior business development leaders, ensuring timely and efficient meeting scheduling
• Develop compelling presentations and decks tailored to client meetings
• Research and curate relevant case studies to demonstrate our expertise and success
• Evaluate inbound leads to determine fit and ensure they are properly documented in HubSpot
• Provide actionable insights to inform business development strategies
  
  

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency in creating professional presentations using tools like PowerPoint or Google Slides
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• Experience with HubSpot is a significant plus
• Analytical mindset with the ability to generate and interpret reports
  
  

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
