Kforce's client is looking for a fully remote and part-time Business Development Operations Specialist in Kentfield, CA. Summary: The BD Operations Specialist will optimize our business development processes, support senior team members, and help drive growth through operational excellence. This position reports to the Managing Director and dotted line to other Executive Team members. Responsibilities: * Manage calendars for senior business development leaders, ensuring timely and efficient meeting scheduling * Develop compelling presentations and decks tailored to client meetings * Research and curate relevant case studies to demonstrate our expertise and success * Evaluate inbound leads to determine fit and ensure they are properly documented in HubSpot * Provide actionable insights to inform business development strategies* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities * Proficiency in creating professional presentations using tools like PowerPoint or Google Slides * Familiarity with CRM platforms * Experience with HubSpot is a significant plus * Analytical mindset with the ability to generate and interpret reports
