Skills & Experience

• 5-8 years’ experience in L & D training or program administration

• A lifelong learner with a passion for learning innovation and its real-world application. \n
\n
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. \n
\n
• A self-motivated go-getter looking for change and eager to grow your skills to a next stage career.\n
\n

Responsibilities

• Participate in weekly online learning & development sessions. \n
\n
• Plan and develop marketing and outreach strategies across digital platforms, with training and support provided. \n
\n
• Conduct structured phone or video conferencing interviews. \n
\n
• Facilitate the flow of information and decision-making with suitable candidates. \n
\n
• Support onboarding processes and assist in the learning and development of your team.\n
\n
