Your Role:

As a Data Analyst, You Will

• Triage requests in Jira inbox
• Respond to ad hoc questions in dedicated slack channel
• Conduct daily office hours to answer ad hoc questions
• Investigate potential issues and discrepancies across systems / reports
• Performance monitoring
• QA + reporting checking
• Requirements gathering for new reports and small pieces of analysis
• Build reports and dashboards in our BI tools (Looker, Lightdash)
• Perform SQL based analysis in Count
  
  

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

• At least 2 years minimum although we will consider exceptional candidates with 1-2 years
• Experience building reports and dashboards in off-the-shelf BI tools such as Tableau, Qlik, PowerBI, Looker, Lightdash
• SQL proficiency essential (we will provide a test), should know how to write SQL
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proactivity and drive for continuous improvement
  
  

Preferred skills/expertise

• First hand exp with Looker, Lightdash and Count
• Experience presenting insights back to stakeholders, telling compelling stories with data
• Experience working in e-comm and/or digital marketing
• Experience working with product and engineering teams
• Experience building alerting systems
• Exp with user segmentation, affinity scoring, propensity modelling, personalisation
• Exp with A/B testing
