Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for maintaining and nurturing client relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and managing customer accounts. Daily tasks involve communicating with clients, resolving customer issues, and identifying opportunities to enhance client satisfaction. The role also requires the Relationship Manager to collaborate with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and solutions.

  • Experience in the cybersecurity or technology sectors is a plus
