Summary

The Regional Manager is responsible for leading and executing strategic sales initiatives, overseeing operational excellence, and managing sales performance within a designated region. They will mentor and develop regional sales teams, foster a high-performance culture, and oversee CRM initiatives to build long-term client relationships. Additionally, the Regional Manager will handle budgeting and financial management, ensuring optimal resource allocation and profitability, while collaborating cross-functionally with various teams to ensure smooth operations.


Job Responsibilities

Strategic Sales Leadership

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with the company’s overall business goals.
  • Set clear sales targets and KPIs for regional teams, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.


Operational Excellence

  • Oversee day-to-day retail operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and store layout optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards, safety regulations, and company policies across all stores.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.


Sales Performance Management

  • Monitor sales performance against targets, providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Identify underperforming stores or territories and develop corrective action plans.
  • Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to execute promotional campaigns and drive traffic.


Team Development & Leadership

  • Manage, mentor, and develop regional sales teams, including store managers and sales associates.
  • Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and implement training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Foster a high-performance culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and customer-centricity.


Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

  • Oversee CRM initiatives to build long-term client relationships and drive repeat business.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for personalization.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional customer service across all touchpoints.


Budgeting & Financial Management

  • Develop and manage regional sales budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
  • Analyze financial reports to track expenses, margins, and profitability.
  • Collaborate with finance teams to forecast sales and manage cash flow.


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with supply chain, logistics, and corporate teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Communicate regional insights and feedback to product development and marketing teams.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated success in implementing sales strategies and driving revenue growth.
  • Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time to visit stores, attend meetings, and conduct training.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Familiarity with retail analytics platforms and inventory management systems.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
