Your new role

As the Regional Manager, you will oversee the Affordable Housing portfolio in the Bay Area, ensuring compliance with all regulations and maintaining high standards of property management. You will lead a team of property managers, coordinate maintenance and repairs, and manage budgets to ensure financial stability.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in property management, specifically in affordable housing
• Strong knowledge of LIHTC, HUD, and Section 8 regulations
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
