Your Role And Responsibilities
Provide oversight of the FM Supplier and their service delivery team to ensure ongoing delivery consistency with the terms of their contract scope of work and service level agreement.
Monitor and evaluate the FM Suppliers adequate familiarity and knowledge of systems and services.
Administer the contract scope, SLAs and KPIs with the service provider across the portfolio.
Manage within the allocated budget.
Technically support the mechanic/electric teams
Provide recommendation to optimize systems operation
Work with his manager to prioritize spend itemization and priorities.
Facilitate the development, prioritization and execution of a multi-year expense and capital investment plan for the portfolio
Maintain regulatory and legislative compliance and ensure that the facility management teams deliver services within all company and real estate policies, processes, and contract terms.
Ensure continuous operations of all critical infrastructure and scenario contingency planning, preparation and development of emergency response and disaster recovery plans.
Coordinate with Finance, Procurement and Contracts COE for the issuance of purchase orders, invoice approval and change orders for all planned and unplanned and out of scope investment requirements.
Manage vendors in the successful and efficient delivery of amenity programs and food services
Accountable for reviewing and implementing all feasible recommendations from the loss prevention insurance partners.
Adhering to client’s requirements and procedures, accountable for managing utility bill payments with relevant documentation.
Required Technical And Professional Expertise
Facility Management experience and demonstrated skills
Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Financial Analysis and Controls
Strategic analysis and planning with respect to major building upgrades and alternatives, relocations and rearrangements.
Environmental, Health and Safety regulation awareness.
Technical leadership and oversight ability to lead and manage engineering consultants, construction project managers, trades and specialized service providers
Strong ability to influence others, to structure an idea or proposal in such a way as to engage their agreement and commitment through the discipline of fact-based analysis and presentation.
Demonstrated teamwork skills and capabilities.
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
In depth skills to diagnose issues and client needs, recommend and lead solution deployment.
Ability to recognize process shortfalls and make necessary changes to improve efficiencies by engaging stakeholders.
