What Youāll Do
As the Regional Business Development Manager, youāll take the reins on reseller and solar retailer partnerships across Victoria. Youāll be the face of Red Earth Energy in the fieldādriving strategic growth, delivering standout support, and ensuring our partners have everything they need to succeed.
š Build & Scale the Network
- Recruit and onboard high-impact solar resellers and retailers.
- Identify and unlock new market opportunities to grow brand visibility.
- Analyse trends and competitor activity to stay one step ahead.
š¬ Lead Partner Relationships
- Be the go-to resource for resellersādelivering ongoing support, training, and strategic guidance.
- Strengthen loyalty and drive long-term, high-value partnerships.
šÆ Own Sales Strategy & Execution
- Build and deliver compelling sales plans to hit revenue targets.
- Pitch with purposeāpresent, negotiate, and close deals that drive real impact.
āļø Be a Product & Tech Advocate
- Stay sharp on solar and battery innovations.
- Deliver product training and field-level technical support to partners.
š£ Collaborate on Marketing & Events
- Work closely with marketing to build targeted campaigns and stand out at industry events.
š Drive Insights & Reporting
- Keep leadership in the loop with accurate forecasts and sales insights.
- Use performance data to make smart, proactive recommendations.
What Weāre Looking For
Youāre a relationship-first, results-driven sales professional with a passion for renewable energy and a deep understanding of the reseller landscape.
Must-Haves:

5+ years in sales or business development within the solar or energy storage industry.
ā
Deep knowledge of solar and battery storage systems.
ā
Proven track record hitting B2B sales targets.
ā
Killer communication, negotiation, and relationship-building chops.
ā
Self-starter who thrives with autonomy.
ā
CRM proficiency + strong MS Office skills.
ā
Willingness to travel across Victoria.
Bonus Points:
⨠Degree in Engineering, Business, or Marketing.
⨠Familiarity with AU/NZ solar policies and industry certifications.
