The output: Improved client performance from engaging consumers with brand ideas better, faster and more cost effectively, across every step of the journey that a brand takes to market. Purpose of the role Responsible for building strategic relationships, building trust and engagement with client stakeholders, in order to ensure, business retention, development and growth, maximising Indicia’s business proposition. Supports formulation of client strategy and ensures smooth delivery of customer objectives, through collaborating with other Indicia functions. Client Services:
- Assisting with identifying and developing market-specific approaches to innovation and sustainability;
- Recommendations and response to local market trends;
- Identifying and assisting with implementation of market-expansion opportunities with existing, driving existing revenues;
- Support Client Partners to identify new business opportunities within their local markets and the development of proposals and engagement with clients to enable conversion;
- Support in building strategic documents and proposals (QBR’s, Newsletters, other) to the client(s);
- Support the design of service enhancement roadmaps for assigned clients, as well as the implementation of these service enhancements against the agreed roadmap;
- Supporting other reports, strategic documents, client requests as needed;
- Ensure client service levels are achieving client expectations. Opearation:
- Work closely with each client division / brand to collate future marketing activity, to facilitate planning, and preparation of ideation and innovation;
- To help manage all agreed client projects, reviewing each project requirements and defining an appropriate approach alongside the Operations team;
- To work alongside the Operations team to ensure the smooth operational running of all client projects;
- Act as an expert for Premiums and POS ways of workings, specifically around activities such as sampling, production, manufacturing and shipping;
- Ensure a clear and accurate brief is obtained from the client, challenging specifications and budgets to ensure we have a clear and realistic target;
- Set expectation on time-lines with clients and feedback on progress;
- Proactively identify items which can be harmonised across countries, driving consolidation through order windows and order consolidation;
- Identify opportunities for value engineering to reduce cost or improve effectiveness;
- Support the client through the ideation process, to focus their requirements and bring innovative solutions;
- Continuously review implementation objectives and status to ensure compliance with the ways of working;
- Embed a best practice process to become part of business-as-usual. Skills, knowledge, experience and exposure
- Local retail landscape for our in-scope (and ot-of-scope services) with L’Oreal, Unilever, and other clients as needed;
- Omnichannel campaign management, including digital, events, and activations;
- FMCG clients and specific experience servicing Print and POS display categories for these clients;
- Broader Indicia services (Retail X, Tech, Creative, Agency Services..) to support strategic roadmap and planning;
- Creative and Studio;
- Good track-record of execution and delivery in these areas.
