This position is fully in-person, focusing on recruitment efforts to help meet our staffing needs. Key Responsibilities: Candidate Sourcing: Identify and engage potential candidates through job boards, social media, and community outreach. Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline. Screening & Interview Scheduling: Conduct phone screenings, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, and maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the process. Job Posting Management: Write, post, and regularly update job advertisements to attract qualified candidates. Database Management: Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Track key recruitment metrics, such as response rates, interviews scheduled, and hires. Flexibility: Support urgent recruitment needs, including evening or weekend tasks, when necessary. Qualifications: Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and social media recruiting tools.
