We are seeking a Contract Sourcing Recruiter to support our ongoing growth by helping drive our recruiting process including sourcing, vetting, and facilitating the hiring of high-caliber Researchers and Engineers. Position Overview: Partner with TA Business Partners to build and execute sourcing strategies Build effective sourcing plans Source passive candidates and gauge both technical skills and chemistry of candidates for fit, and understand candidate motivation Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing and market research in anticipation of demand Recommend ideas and strategies that will contribute to the long-range growth of the company Articulate in writing a sourcing plan with deliverables, timelines, and a formal tracking process Effectively screen and interview candidates within an appropriate and consistent timeline Participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives, including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging of internal sources of talent, and identification of top performers for senior-level openings Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years of sourcing recruitment experience 2+ years of technical recruiting experience Expert knowledge of sourcing tools (LinkedIn, indeed, ClearanceJobs.com, and other platforms) Travel to career fairs (25%) Desired Requirements: Proven success sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed Experience using Taleo A successful track record of sourcing talent in a highly technical industry (Aerospace, Tech, Biotech, Robotics) Experience managing internal customer relationships Physical Requirements: Ability to work in an office environment. Fine manipulation, such as typing. Ability to work at a desk 8 hours daily. Lifting of normal office equipment, such as laptops and files.
