Summary
The Recruiter will provide full-cycle Talent Acquisition support across multiple departments and markets at Renters Warehouse. This role covers both corporate hiring (Customer Service, Sales, Marketing, IT, Finance, and Accounting) and high-volume recruiting of independent contractor Rent Estate Agents (REAs) across our growing U.S. footprint. Working in close partnership with HR and business leaders, the Recruiter serves as a strategic advisor to meet ongoing talent needs.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities

- Manage full-cycle recruitment for corporate roles and 1099 Rent Estate Agent (REA) positions, from sourcing through onboarding.
- Conduct intake/kickoff meetings with business leaders and market managers to align on goals, timelines, and candidate profiles.
- Facilitate background checks and assessment processes for REA and W2 roles across the company.
- Maintain accurate and timely recruitment data and metrics reporting, including updates to open positions across business lines.
- Proactively source candidates using tools like LinkedIn, Indeed, professional networks, and social media platforms.
- Partner with real estate schools, universities, and external organizations to drive applicant flow and enhance talent pipelines.
- Manage hiring process within TA system, including updating system processes, creating and updating job descriptions, requisitions, etc.
- Support career fairs, recruiting events for new hires and REAs.
- Deliver internal communications regarding new hires and team additions.
- Support additional recruiting functions and administrative initiatives as needed.
- Assist in the onboarding process with each new REA and W2 to ensure they are informed and have all the tools necessary for success.
- Responsible for internal communications of new hires to IT.
- Coordinate new employee First Day Experience and tours.

- Experience with social media recruiting and virtual events (LinkedIn and Indeed experience a plus).
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ADP experience a plus).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills across all levels of an organization.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Self-starter with a passion for recruiting and process improvement.
- Experience in real estate, leasing, or sales recruiting preferred.
Education And/or Experience
- 2- or 4-year degree and 1–2 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or equivalent combination of education and experience.
