Summary

```Duties``` - Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner - Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information to callers - Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry - Manage office supplies and maintain inventory - Assist with order entry and processing - Schedule appointments and maintain calendars - Coordinate meetings and conferences - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Provide administrative support to staff as needed ```Qualifications``` - High school diploma or equivalent required - Proven experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant preferred - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) - Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines - Accurate typing skills with attention to detail - Previous experience in a dental office is a plus but not required - Exceptional customer service skills This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys providing excellent customer service.
