Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage multi-line phones; greet clients.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, billing, and client communications.
  • Coordinate with our Georgetown office and external contacts.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and excellent communication skills.

Ideal Candidate

  • Friendly, organized, detail-oriented, and professional.
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong grammar, writing, and interpersonal skills required.
  • Prior admin experience a plus; high school diploma required.
