Description

We are looking for a dedicated Receptionist to join our team on a contract basis in Redwood City, California. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients, ensuring a welcoming and organized environment.
• Answer and manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls to the appropriate individuals.
• Handle email correspondence promptly and effectively.
• Maintain accurate and organized filing systems for client records and other important documents.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring seamless coordination.
• Provide clear information and assistance regarding housing solutions to clients.
• Collaborate with team members to address client needs and resolve issues effectively.
• Monitor and oversee front desk activities, ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Uphold confidentiality and discretion when dealing with sensitive client information.

• Proven customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Ability to manage and operate a multi-line phone system efficiently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for email correspondence and client interactions.
