Century 21 Downtown is seeking talented, energetic person to join our team.
Our ideal candidate will have intermediate computer skills, Adobe, Excel, Word, and email proficiencies. Someone who loves all aspects of coordinating moving parts and paperwork of real estate but would prefer the consistency & stability of working behind the scenes in a supporting role. Candidate must be organized, reliable, mature, self-sufficient, focused, and a fast learner. There is career growth potential in this position. Excellent oral and written communication skills are a must. Candidate must have a professional appearance and clear speaking voice. Background in Real Estate or property management is a plus.
This position will support;
- Our busy REO Department with tracking & coordinating closings with all parties to ensure they close on time and light book keeping.
- Our growing Retail Sales Department’s office manager with telephone prospecting for recruits, email and social media campaigns for recruits and current agents, follow-up with inbound leads, Transaction Coordination for our busy agents, and planning office events.
