Responsibilities

• Equipment Operator (Mixer, Extruder, Auxiliary Cutters, Oven, Conveyor, etc.)
• Set Up Extruders
• Batch Mixing
• Shut down Extruder
• Cleaning of tooling
• Analyze and interpret experimental data to draw conclusions and make recommendations.
• Data collection of test runs using excel spreadsheet
• Log all relevant data of trials
• Maintain R&D Department
• Clean and organize ingredient and equipment inventory
• consistent upkeep of department
• Assist Customers
• Shipping samples
• Communicating with customers via email
• Ability to travel locally for necessary ingredients or parts.
  
  

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED Equivelent
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Professionalism
  
  

Hours are 7AM-3:30PM with chance of over time up till 5pm if requested by management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
