Our opportunity
We have an opportunity for a Quality & Procedures Manager to join our Construction business in a national role. In this role you will have overall responsibility for building and maintaining an overarching framework for all Mirvac Constructions systems and procedures into an Integrated Management System unique to the needs and requirements of the construction business.

To be successful you will be professionally qualified with experience gained in a similar position. You will have experience managing teams, and working with senior management within complex projects.
You will have excellent stakeholder skills and conflict resolution experience in project and people management, and have the ability to effectively deal with ambiguity and complexity and drive win-win outcomes.
