Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Quality Lab Calibration Tech to join their team. As a Quality Lab Calibration, you will be part of the Quality department, supporting the overall quality assurance efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a keen attention to detail, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Quality Lab Calibration

Location: Carlos, MN

Pay Range: $22+/hour based on experience

What's the Job?

• Provide general office and clerical support for quality-related needs.
• Scan in gauging certifications and maintain quality documentation.
• Monitor machine/tooling alerts and ensure compliance.
• Create job boxes for new parts and manage inventory of calibration supplies.
• Ensure all equipment is current on calibration and perform other duties as assigned.

What's Needed?

• General office experience with a basic computer background.
• Ability to communicate effectively before groups of employees.
• Proficiency in mathematical concepts such as geometry and trigonometry.
• Capability to solve practical problems and interpret various instructions.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new quality procedures and standards.
