Salary: $70,000+ /yr. (Salary is negotiable)
Schedule: 6:00am - 4:30pm
Quality Manager responsibilities:
* Leads the Quality department to maintain high-quality products by authoring, updating, and maintaining the Company Quality Manual, Quality Systems, and Procedures Manual.
* Spearheads ISO certification efforts, coordinating activities and procedures to meet deadlines, and effectively leads the Internal Audit team.
* Establishes customer contacts to understand and meet special requirements, handles customer complaints, initiates process improvements, and administers vendor rejects.
* Manages customer reject documentation and corrective actions, monitors nonconforming materials and scrap records, and compiles statistical analyses per customer requests.
* Ensures the maintenance of calibration records, directs Quality personnel in calibration procedures, performs timely equipment calibration, and trains new employees in basic inspection processes.
Qualifications:
Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a 2-year college or technical school; or 2 years of related experience and/or on-the-job training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
